Currently I do not offer wholesale, but if you see something you'd love to have in your store, please reach out as I'd be happy to arrange something.

Processing time is 1-4 days for me to pack your order so it's nice and safe, and then your order will be shipped and will arrive depending on what shipping you chose at checkout.

Please also bare in mind I'm only 1 human, I am not some big organisation like Amazon with a huge staff, so my items won't be with you next day.

I do however appreciate your support and want to try my best to keep my customers happy, and if you have any issues with your order, please reach out and I will try my best to help you with your query.

Yes but only for a specific product. I offer a "get drawn as a ghost" product where you submit an image of a human of your choosing, and I will draw that human from the image. You can also choose up to 2 items for your ghost to be holding in each hand that best represents that human, either something to do with their job, hobby or interests.
I also offer group get drawn as a ghost product as well so if you'd like your family or group of friends to get drawn as ghosties in one image the same process is done just with multiple humans!

In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to get a refund on their online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After notifying us that you want a refund, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, and the recieved items must be sent out via tracked postage.

Please note, this right to cancel does not apply to certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, such as the "get drawn as a ghost" product as once they have been drawn I can't resell that as an item as it's a personalised product.

All paper/card items (such as stickers, cards, prints and bookmarks) will be sent out via royal mail 2nd class as standard unless tracked / tracked and signed for is selected at check out.
